Zoning and Planning Board Commissions are made up of citizens that reside within the town limits of Haughton. These positions are appointed and unpaid.
All persons wishing to amend the zoning of property shall submit an application to the Town of Haughton zoning administration along with any supporting documentation and applicable fees. Zoning administration shall notify the Zoning and Planning Commission, which shall fix a reasonable time for a public hearing. Zoning administration shall notify the applicant of the date and time.
